Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 5, 2026
1. Introduction
ADMN ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ADMN platform, which monitors team messaging conversations, extracts actionable items using artificial intelligence, and syncs those items to project management tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
By accessing or using ADMN, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign in via a third-party provider (such as Slack or Microsoft Teams), we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and workspace/tenant identifiers. We do not collect passwords — authentication is handled entirely through your identity provider.
2.2 Messaging Data
ADMN accesses messages from channels you explicitly authorize. Message content is processed by our AI analysis pipeline to extract tasks, decisions, and action items. We store message metadata (timestamps, channel identifiers, sender identifiers) and AI-generated analysis results. Raw message content is retained only as long as needed for analysis and is not shared with third parties.
2.3 Integration Data
When you connect project management tools (such as Shortcut, GitHub, Linear, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp), we store OAuth tokens and the minimum metadata required to sync tasks. We access only the projects, workspaces, or repositories you authorize.
2.4 Usage & Technical Data
We automatically collect standard technical information including IP addresses, browser type and version, device identifiers, pages visited, and interaction timestamps. This data helps us maintain service reliability and improve the user experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the ADMN platform
- To analyze messaging conversations and extract actionable items using AI
- To synchronize extracted tasks with your connected project management tools
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To send transactional communications (service updates, security alerts)
- To monitor and improve platform performance, security, and reliability
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
4. AI Processing
ADMN uses third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to analyze conversation content. When processing your messages, conversation data is sent to these providers' APIs under their respective data processing agreements. We do not permit AI providers to use your data for model training. AI-generated outputs (extracted tasks, summaries, and classifications) are stored within your organization's ADMN account.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (hosting, AI processing, analytics) under contractual obligations to protect your data
- Connected Integrations: Task data is synced to the project management tools you explicitly authorize
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with advance notice where practicable
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing for a specific purpose
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. Messaging data used for analysis is retained according to your organization's configured retention period. AI analysis results are retained for the duration of your subscription. When you delete your account or disconnect an integration, associated data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and audit logging. While no system is completely impervious to attack, we take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address provided below.
9. Cookies & Tracking
ADMN uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Analytics cookies, if used, collect only anonymized usage metrics to help us improve the service.
10. Children's Privacy
ADMN is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account or through a prominent notice within the service. Continued use of ADMN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
13. Contact Us
